Little Hearts Movierulz: Watch Little Hearts Online Free – Trailer & Review
Little Hearts Movierulz
I went into Little Hearts expecting a light YouTube-style comedy, and I came out genuinely charmed. This 2025 Telugu romantic comedy turned out to be one of the biggest small-film surprises of the year — made on a tiny budget and going on to gross over 40 crore at the box office. If you searched for little hearts movierulz, here’s what to know before you watch.
The film marks the big-screen debut of Mouli Tanuj Prashanth, the YouTuber who became a household name with the 90s web series, and he is paired with Shivani Nagaram as the female lead. Written and directed by first-timer Sai Marthand and produced by Aditya Hasan for ETV Win, it released theatrically on 5 September 2025 with a runtime of about 128 minutes.
Story & Plot
Nalli Akhil Kumar (Mouli) is not exactly a bright student, and his father Nalli Gopal Rao (Rajeev Kanakala) is determined to make him an engineer. After a poor EAMCET rank, Akhil is pushed into a long-term MPC coaching center. There he meets Khatyayani (Shivani Nagaram), a fellow struggler preparing for her medical entrance. Love blossoms slowly between the two underachievers — until just as Akhil plans to confess, an unexpected truth about Khatyayani rattles him.
What follows is a funny, messy journey of whether young love can survive parental pressure, personal insecurity, and one big secret. I will not spoil what that secret is, because discovering it mid-film is half the fun.
Cast & Crew
- Mouli Tanuj Prashanth as Nalli Akhil Kumar — the easygoing underachiever
- Shivani Nagaram as Khatyayani — his coaching-center love interest
- Rajeev Kanakala as the ambitious father; S. S. Kanchi, Anitha Chowdary, Sathya Krishnan in support
- Written & Directed by: Sai Marthand
- Music: Sinjith Yerramilli | Cinematography: Suriya Balaji
- Producer: Aditya Hasan — an ETV Win original production
My Review
A breezy, youthful rom-com that works because it never pretends to be bigger than it is. My rating: 3.5 out of 5.
If you are looking for a little hearts movie review with no fake hype, here it is. Mouli does not act like a larger-than-life hero, and that is exactly why he works — his comedy feels unforced and his timing is sharp. Shivani Nagaram has a warm screen presence and matches him well in the lighter scenes, while Rajeev Kanakala brings real weight to the father-son track. The coaching-center setting will hit home for anyone who has lived through the EAMCET grind.
Is it perfect? No. Some gags fall flat, and the story is thin — at times it feels like a string of fun reels rather than a tightly written film. But the heart is in the right place, the final act ties things up nicely, and the tagline “No touching, only heart touching” honestly sums up the vibe. For a weekend family watch with laughs and zero stress, this is an easy pick.

I review new Telugu releases every week at Movierulz Official. If you enjoyed this one, my DJ Tillu review is another fun youth comedy, and Raju Weds Rambai is the serious rural drama on the other end of the spectrum.
