Raju Weds Rambai Movierulz: Watch Raju Weds Rambai Online Free – Trailer & Review
Raju Weds Rambai Movierulz
I finally sat down to watch Raju Weds Rambai this past weekend, and I will be honest with you right up front — this is not a feel-good date-night film. It is a raw, rural romantic drama set around 2010 on the Khammam–Warangal border, and it left me quiet for a long time after the credits rolled. If you searched for raju weds rambai movierulz, here’s what to know before you watch.
This 2025 Telugu film is written and directed by debutant Saailu Kaampati and runs for 135 minutes. It stars Akhil Raj Uddemari as Raju and Tejaswi Rao as Rambai, with Chaitu Jonnalagadda in a pivotal role. The story is inspired by real events, which gives every scene a weight that typical fictional love stories simply do not carry.
Story & Plot
Raju is a cheerful, free-spirited young man who plays drums in a village marriage band. He has loved Rambai since their childhood days, and his whole world quietly revolves around winning her heart. Rambai, who is dismissive of him at first, slowly warms to his sincerity, and their romance grows in the small, relatable moments of village life — festivals, stolen glances, and the beat of Raju’s band.
The problem is Rambai’s father, Venkanna, a government employee at a local PHC who is obsessed with status. He looks down on Raju’s profession and insists his daughter must marry a government employee. When the couple decides to elope to escape his control, the story turns dark. I will not spoil the ending here, but I will tell you this much: the film’s shocking climax is ripped from a tragic true incident, and it is the reason people are still talking about this movie.

My Review
A heartbreaking rural romance with a gut-punch ending. My rating: 3 out of 5.
If you are hunting for a raju weds rambai movie review before deciding, here is my honest verdict. The first half charmed me — the village texture feels real, the band culture is beautifully shot, and Chaitu Jonnalagadda’s performance as the rigid father is genuinely powerful. Akhil Raj Uddemari brings an innocent, almost childlike devotion to Raju that makes the tragedy hit harder.
The second half does slow down, and a few stretches feel longer than they needed to be. The emotional beats do not always land, and the story leans on familiar tropes. But the climax — that final stretch rooted in the real incident — is what saves the film and honestly elevates it. This is a one-time watch for viewers who like rural dramas with a realistic touch. Go in expecting truth, not a happy ending, and you will not be disappointed.
